*Monthly rent does not include: Water/Sewer, Gas, Electric, Trash, Phone/CATV/Internet, Security (ADT). Renters must show proof of contents/renters insurance prior to move-in. Security Deposit will be equal to one month rent. Separate Pet Deposit will be one month rent, and will be refunded in full assuming there has been no pet damage, and renter provides proof of professional carpet cleaning upon departure.

Owner will pay for Pool Care, HOA Fees, Home Insurance, Real Estate Taxes.
